Default heatsink help needed quick!!!

i am planning to get a heatsink for my cpu. it is a socket 939 amd athlon 64 3500+ and plan to play games like bf2 and stuff with my cpu at a low temp. i cant spend more than $40 and i HAVE to order by the end of the day. give me feedback quick! thanks for your help.

Can't you just attach the stock heatsink on there? I have the same CPU as you maybe a different core, but stock works fine.

buy a zalman one for around 40 dollars but make sure its compatible with your mobo, it isnt for me. boo who.

or you can get a thermaltake venus 12 for 36 dollars...i have to get that cause its the best for my mobo

which would be the best for this either of these mobos? would the zalman heatsink below fit on both of this mobos?
