since when did runescape become this demanding? causing an x4 to overheat?

It's not causing the CPU to overheat. The crappy stock heatsink is making more noise as it spins up to help cool the X4 as the temps rise. He's looking for something that's quieter and does a good job keeping the CPU cool.
