Default Heatsink

I am looking to get a new heatsink when i get my new motherboard but i cant seem to find any decent ones that would be compatible.

im getting and abit motherboard AMD socket 939

the processor is an AMD athlon 64 3800+


note: im looking for one that will also looking stlyish

Look for universal ones...though they can hit $59-209 easily

the Thermaltake VENUS 12 80mm Ball Cooling Fan/Heatsink it said that its compatiable with athlon 64 and 64 fx and in the reviews people with amd 3700+ said that they work fine, so i believe it should work with my processor

well all the reviews iv read about the all of the thermaltake heatsinks are all really good, the only draw back is that everyone one of the reviews that iv read have said that it is really loud

You should take that into consideration. You might not think it's a big deal now, but after a week of a noisy fan, you'll probably get pretty irritated.

how loud does a fan really get though? i mean i can stand my fans going at like 3000rpms and not really care. o and is the zalman 92mm ball bearing copper fan loud just out of curiosity? im gonna buy that one.
