Headphone Mic and Speakers in TF2

hey everyone i haven't been posting much here in the last couple days because im really getting into TF2

i have these headphones

what i want to do is use the microphone at the same time as using my speakers for the sound ... does anyone no how to configure windows to let me do this .

there should be someting under options, and sound but the drivers that came with it, should have a software that may have an option for that .
