Default Re: HDD Fat32 w/ Windows > NTFS without reinstalling?

Don't think so.
You can try it, but look for data loss.

Default HDD Fat32 w/ Windows > NTFS without reinstalling?

My friend reinstalled Windows but stupidly formatted his hard drive as FAT32. Now he can't do files over 4GB obviously. Is there any way for him to convert his hard drive to NTFS without having to reinstall windows and reformat as NTFS?
