Default HD temperature question

I was wondering what a good temperature range for a HDD is? mine is running about 35C and that appears to be fine but I was just wondering what would be considered too high? I'm not sure about how hot a HDD should run and all that so I'm just curious.

I'd say that anything under 40C would be good enough.
