Default Having issues editing AVCHD (Video card issue help)!

Ok so I have an HIS 4850 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814161259) I edited AVCHD on it awhile ago and just started editing again recently... It can't handle it anymore, I just upgraded the drivers, today I took apart my case to make sure everything was connected and it everything is connected correctly

Could the card just be pooping out on me?

Any reccomendation on a new card to edit 1080p AVCHD Video? or reccomandation to fix this issue? I've noticed when I watch HD videos on youtube my screen goes green and the video card crashes.

IT'd be fantastic if some one gave me a response.
