Default Have a document open on bootup?

Is it possible? My grandpa wants to have a document he made open when he starts his computer up. It's a Lotus Word Organizer document, and I wasnt sure how to make a document open on boot-up or if its possible.

Yes, just drag to start up. Also, don't be afraid to delete things from their either.. I have had a couple of people that have lots of stuff start up like that and don't want to "get rid of it forever". It's just starting up a shorcut of it.
