Has anyone ever had this virus?

It's a Maleware virus. What it does, It disables you from your control panel, takes away your C drive and it change's your time to military and on the task bar you have something that SAYS VIRUS ALERT! right next to the time. It also gives your pc several virus pop up's asking you to download something to take the virus off. I scanned my AVG, Windows Defender, Avast! and CCleaner and SpyBot to try to get it off, I finally got it off with a Maleware virus scaning program...worst virus ever. Took me 2 hours to figure out what it was. Anyone ever had this before? Just wondering....

I just did...I just reformatted though
Now I ran into some other kind of problems

Nope, never had it. I have been relativity virus free ever since I got rid of a CPU loader virus. Keep my CPU at 100% all the time and no one here could figure it out.

Scan, save to notepad, copy and paste the list to this website to check what background programs are hazardous and simply remove them with this program by checking the box next to the file and clicking fix.

I did that and found a file named Svchost. The reason my Anti-virus didn't pick it up was because its a well known Windows service. The thing that gave it away was the fact that it was hidden in the temp folder and not the windows folder.

I have had this computer for close to a year and I haven't had to reformat it since.

yeah I also dl Hijack this. It found alot of unwanted things.
