Default harry potter problem

hi
just installed harry potter and the order of the pheonix on my bros comp
its exceeds the specs
but whenever i start it
it doesnt start and says
error reporting and asks me to send report to microsoft
any ideas what might be up?

Try reinstalling the game and updating your drivers.

have no idea why it wont work

Is the disk scratched or does it have dust on it?

it could be that the install is being interrupted by something or some service running in the background.

try un-installing it, and then booting up to safe mode and install it. this works sometimes when stubborn programs won't install the regular way.

its not a scratch because it installs fine on mine,
ill try the safe mode install

safe mode install doesnt work
any other ideas
