looks like a great setup.
i will advice you to not cheep out on a PSU (Power Supply). it's really in the cheep end.
i dont know that psu but it is too cheep to be good. i dont think it can use all those WATT's because of bad quality design.

if i where you i will get some RAID0. having 2 harddrives in RAID0 will give you greater speed. 7200 HDD's is just to slow for me now. the HDD's technologi has not evolved to much. you can also buy 2 500GB and raid0 them to get that 1TB space if you are on the cheep side. but i dont think the 500GB hdd's is much cheaper then 1TB hdd's.
you might also consider a hdd ssd hybrid.

like echonatek said get a better ps

raid 0 or even better raid 10 or even ssd for your os and programs

im looking at the Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD3P Z68 Socket 1155 HDMI Onboard.. | Ebuyer.com mobo for my build due to the easy over clocking but it up 2 u
