Default Hardware advice needed...

I'm planning PC via custom-build shop that will have four hard disk drives (two regular internal; other two mobile-rack type), to run the following operating systems:
Linux Mint 7
PC-BSD 8.1
Fortress Linux
Ultimate Edition 2.2
XP Pro + Browser Linux 400b5
...and trial these live CDs:
(Amnesiac) Incognito 0.6 Live System
Vatlator 2.0
Ubuntu Privacy Remix 10.04r1
GhostBSD 2.0
I request help finding motherboard & chipset that supports these operating systems. I require ATX motherboard (hoping for Gigabyte Dual-BIOS, with thermal sensor to monitor temperature). Also require either Phenom II (x2, x3, or x4) or Athlon II (x2, x3, or x4) CPU. I'll want PCIe, SATA2 (or at least SATA) one eSATA, USB 2.0, FireWire, & Gigabit Ethernet. If motherboard lacks RCA, S-Video, & component connectors I'll need I/O card. I'm hoping for ATI graphics card, TV tuner card, and Asus Xonar D2 sound card (but what works best with my targeted Operating systems is deciding factor). Suggestions much appreciated!
