Default harddisk recovery partition

I have a 160GB hard drive i want to install Vista/Win 7 and i want to create a recovery partition on it . How do i do it?

well if you have vista i shall kill you... im just going to see what i can find for WINDOWS 7 im not joking i will muder you do not get VISTA... lol also u should pirate a copy of xp and just get a 7 transformation pack...

or just pirate windows xp cos its awsome ok sorrry im not aloud to say pirate ok well why dot you pointless wast some money on 7 even tho it wasnt bill gates idea he never wanted 7 but still pay people to go against bill poor bill
