Default hard drive question

if i want to instal 2 hard drives on my new rig do i need anything special?

i want to install a seagate 320 gig 16mb 7200 rapm and a raptor 74 gig 10000 rpm

nope, try no jumper changes and see if your system recognizes them, and if it doesnt change on of the HD's jumper to "master" and the other HD to "slave" doesnt matter which is which, just do it like that if your system cant recognize them in the first place

If they are SATA, then you just plug them in and go. Just make sure the drive with XP installed is in the first slot, or set to boot first, but it shouldn't really matter.
