Hard Drive Problems?

Have you tried updating your video card drivers? checked your PSU

yep, I went to the site and I did the auto search and it said I had the most up to date drivers. My computer does take a while to turn off and boot up, what could cause this?

I am running out of ideas, now, hold fast for a while and another member might come up with something, is this happening when you are playing on line only?

nope, it happens when I create my own LAN game as well. It's weird this would happen, I don't think it has anything to do with my processor / video card.

hm, What kind of video card is it?

Do you have another HDD to throw windows on it and then test it out??

It's a XFX 8600 GT

I do not have another HD to test

I think you're onto something with the hard drive.

Use this tool to diagnose your hard drive, it's a better scan than chkdisk:

Is that Graphics card overclocked?

Nope, the GFX card is not OC'd
