Hard drive cloning / ghosting help

Hello. I recently purchased a Western Digital Mybook, 750GB, with the intentions of using it as a backup of my internal hard drive of 320GB. Is there a program that will automatically copy my internal hard drive to the Mybook every few days or so to keep my information safe? Thanks in advance,

Those automatic backup programs just back up what you want backed up and not your OS.
You have to clone with Ghost or Acronis. XP clones well but forget Vista as it does not clone well.

Go with Acronis. Ghost isn't very user-friendly.
