Hard drive cache?

I can $179 for a Western Digital WD2500JS SATAII 250GB 8MB cache

or

$215 for a Western Digital WD2500KS SATAII 250GB 16MB cache...

Is it worth the $36 price difference to get 16MB cache? How would the extra 8MB benefit me?
