We are in the process of ordering PDA/cellphones for three company executives...none are tech savvy.
My co-worker is trying to sell me on the Samsung i730.
I must admit the features are very sweet...software bundle, wi-fi / ev-do, keyboard, web...etc
but i have heard very bad stuff about battery life and the recharge cradle.
i think the features go out the window, when the end user is only using the device for email and the battery craps constantly.
alternatives would be helpful...believe it or not, cosmetics are an issue...the suits like hardware to look sleek.
