Question Half-Life 2 and my computer...

Will my computer (Compaq SR1750NX with 64MB Integrated Graphics ) run Half-Life 2? Windows XP Game Advisor says it will, but i'm not so sure about it...

I think that since it says that It has 1gb of ram and 256 mb of gpu power then it shoudl run heck bro ive run it on my comp lol look in my sig for my specs

Cool, yes, I have 1GB of RAM, but the actual memory on the gpu is only 64MB (it borrows the rest from my RAM lol)

I plan on getting a 7600GT soon, so that's my main focus for my computer.

Also, if I can play HL2, will I be able to play CS:Source? (It is included with HL2)

Yes it plays the same, I'm sure you'll be able to play it ok.

Yeah you will i have them both they run fine, if you have 2 on source just lowers the graphics a bit or else it might get a bit sluggish

I have friends who play cs:s with onboard video. They probably dont have 1GB of RAM either. So I think that computer will handle it. It isn't going to be on high graphics but it will play it.

Hate to say it but yes, yes it basically does that legodude. That's why there's so much more strain on your memory when you have integrated graphics.
