Default half-height vs. full-height 5.25" bays?

What the difference in size? I want to buy a mobile-rack, and its specs say it needs a "half height" 5.25" bay. No idea what size my Cooler Master Storm Trooper has, and its specs don't mention half-height or full height bays...nor even measurements.

A half height 5.25" bay is the slot that a desktop DVD drive would fit into. If this is your case then it would appear it has 9 of those bays.
