Default guide people... dont buy camtasia studio I found an alternative...

go and google windows media encoder... it is great i tested it...

I like EO-Video on Windows. By far the most compatable. Though it is a 30 day trial. But reinstalling it will get you another 30 days

For Mac OS X, I use D-Vision 3 which is based on VirtualDub and its free.
