Graphics problem with F.E.A.R.

I'm running a 7800GTX on my box, and I'm having some texture problems in F.E.A.R. Extraction Point. I've been googling for a while now, but the few instances of this problem that I've seen have went unsolved.

My texture problem includes certain door textures being completely blank (i.e. I can see right through the door), as well as some walls like chained walled and stuff are non-existent.

I'm running version 1.07, and regular F.E.A.R. worked with no problems.

Any suggestions?

latest graphic card drivers installed ?
any patches for fear ?, i dont know as i dont play fear extraction point
could it be a psu problem ?
also any gpu patches or hotfixes

How hot is your GPU running? Try blasting the inside of the heatsink with a compressed air can to get dust buildup out of there, just don't tip the can upside-down while spraying. You could try patching/re-patching, reinstalling, or installing the newest graphic drivers available, or rolling back drivers.
