Go into your BIOS and disable onboard video, if you have it. That is currently happening with my sound card. It works after I disable onboard HD audio.
Uninstall any current drivers, then run the program metin posted. Then download the correct drivers for your card from here: Nvidia Driver Downloads. if the driver install fails, go into Device Manager, right click the video card and select Update Drivers. Point the install wizard to the folder containing the drivers and you should be off and running.
Uninstall drivers through control panel/add-remove programs -> Reboot in safe mode and run Driver Sweeper -> Reboot and install the drivers from the page Atomic Rooster posted.
