Hello, I have a computer and I want to buy a new graphics card for it. So I was wondering if it's possible if I could add this graphics card to my computer, and I know I will have to buy a new power supply. Thanks!

My computer: HP Pavilion Desktop Computer featuring AMD Athlon II 445 Processor (P6706F) - English : Everyday Computing - Best Buy Canada

The graphics card I want:

PNY GeForce GTS 450 1GB PCI-E Video Card : Video Cards - Best Buy Canada

It says in the specifications of the graphics card that it is PCI-E x16 and needs two slots, and my computer says that is has 1 PCI-E x16 and 3 PCI-E x1. What does that mean?

It means that it will take 2 brackets worth of space in your machine. However, it only takes one pci-e x16 slot. If it will fit in the machine and you are willing to upgrade the PSU then you are good. Also that video card is less expensive on newegg.ca by roughly $50. Although for roughly the same price you were willing to spend the GTX 460 is a better choice.
