Yes, DDRII-800 is what you'll need. That RAM stick is DDRII-800.

Here's one:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBNT

Oh and...bear hug...how can you give a bear hug when I'm a bear myself?

One more doubt, will the Asus GT520 require a power cord? if yes, which pin.
And also what if my PSU has run out of connectors, what should I do?
(1 for DVDRW Drive, 2 For 2 HDD)

No extra power needed; plug it in, screw it down plug your monitor cable and you're good to go.

If it did need more power, you'd be ending up with a 6-pin PCI-E connector.

Oh ok. But I don't have a 6 Pin connector, neither do I have two 4 Pin connectors so that I could use an adapter. Oh well, I hope I'll get this soon!!

18 More days I guess.
