My friend is currently building a computer and I am helping him. He has a small budget, and will use the computer for internet and work, and internet gaming occansionally, but no real games. He has a motherboard chosen, and will be using an AMD Athlon 64.
Are there any cheap, silent graphics cards which he could use? He can fork out around £35 to £45. Thanks.
