Default Graphics Card Help.

Hello im new to changing things internally in pc's and need some help because i know there will be expert's on this site.

So basically i bought my first Gaming Pc last december and everything was amazing apart from the graphics card which can run games at about half spec. So now i am going to buy a new graphics card and i need help to determine whether it will work or not heres a link the card im getting http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-1GB-nVIDIA...item1c120a40ee and if possible could anyone tell me if this would play games on full spec thorugh a 19" vga connection I will include pictures of inside my Pc below

but what ARE your computer specs?
what size Power Supply do you have?

that would be a much better card over a 9800, though the 9800 would be a good card as well.
