Default Graphics card help

I have to choose between these two cards, which one should i get?

I suggest NVIDIA because I really like the brand. They come with copper heatsinks in them and good fans, don't use a lot of power and work well. Statistically, though, I'd say they are about equal.

I have the xfx 7600gt xxx and love it, no problems. on the CS:S benchmark it gets 124 FPS with settings on high and 1024x768 res

I have the 7600GT XXX and it's a great card. But I believe the Radeon X1900GT is a faster video card than it. Using Tom's Interactive VGA Charts, the X1900GT beats a standard 7600GT quite easily.

The 7600GT is definitely a good video card; however, the X1900GT is an even better one performance-wise. Now I can't say anything about software/features, but I'd say the X1900GT is definitely an all-around better piece of hardware.
