Graphics Card for Dell Dementions 2400

Its got a PCI connection i have been looking around and i am not that good at finding the best graphics card for under 100.00$ and at least 256MB of memmory on it more would be better though, i like simulator games. I found some but i dont know what would produce the best graphics so if you find one could you please give me the link to it.
