Default graphics card crash

sometimes when im playing a game on the computer and the screen will go blank and come back up that driver nvd3dum.dll or nvwgf2um.dll has crashed and recovered...is there any way to fix that? its a nvidia 8500gt graphics card, with the latest updates

Does this happen in all your games or just certain ones?
