I just put my old graphics card (Radeon x1950 pro) into by brothers computer so he could play WoW. But the thing is when I put it in its frame rate (which was very good on my computer) was varying from 4, 15, to 45. Do you think it had anything to do with the low amount of ram (512mb)?

Hey! Are you talking about the RAM in your (his) machine, or the RAM for the graphics card? I'm asking because they both have RAM.. 512 mb is an ok amount of RAM for a graphics card, but that isn't really much for your machine..
