alos u can over clock that think to 3 ghz stock cooling np

there is about a $100 dollar difference in the price.

they both overclock great.

you can overclock the E6400 to reach E6600 Speeds.

the E6600 has 4mb of L2 Cache the added cache give around a 10% in performance.
