Graphic Card Problem

My friends computer says that his graphic card isnt getting enough power so it needs to run at low performance. Any ideas?

we have gone through 3 ( in one day ) that didnt work so i think we wanna stick with this one

whats the Watts of the power supply your using? How many devices do you have plugged into the power supply? e.g. DVD, floppy, hard drives, video cards?

its a 600 watt so it should be fine

When does this message pop up? Im just asking becuase i have had popups where its said my CPU is only running at half speed. Is it just a message that appears?

i think he said it pops up right when he gets to the windows screen

May I ask what card, and also, if it has a individual connector, make sure its tightly plugged in, couldve got loose..
