GPU temp

okay my gpu temp is 62c idle and like 85-90c under load, its not even oc'ed!!! how bad is that actualy? like really bad? or not to bad for a gpu? thanks in advanced guys, i only know about CPU temps not gpu...

ATI Radeon x1650 PCI-E 512MB it has a little fan on it and a pretty big heatsink its the one by ati though.
wow now it was 100c........ are you kidding me? wow!!!!! this is after a gaming sesion on cod4 but right when i minimized it went down to 85

if everything is working ok (no artifacts etc) then you are ok. 100c is not a problem for gpu's. You might still want to clean the heatsink & fan, usually it helps quite a lot.

i keep it clean, and i know its running hot because my cod4 like blinks black every 3 or so mins! why the heck does it do this? i even reapplyed better termal paste before (yes i know how to apply termal paste correctly)

I Think something may be wrong there,my 8800 only runs at 40-50c idle,Maybe buy an aftermarket cooler?
