Default GPU question

Which one of these is better?

And what's different about the last two? I was gunna buy the SAPPHIRE but it's out of stock and I'm impatient >.>

The GPU and thermal paste (XD) is all i need left! The rest of my parts came in. i'm so stoked!

I'm not familiar with either brand, so I'm not much help.

I like how the second one has a "2x lifetime grantee" may say something about the build quality.

i would take this one if you're looking at 5770's: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102864. its cheaper than the other ones just because it doesnt have the metal box around it.
