Default GPU Drivers

Hi, I am looking at purchasing a HIS Hightech X1650 Pro, I am wondering though, do I use the HIS drivers or the catalyst drivers from ATi Directly?

HIS: http://www.hisdigital.com/html/driver.php
ATi: http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_ca...=xp/radeonx-xp

The one's directly from ATI. The HIS download page even says so.

No. I am not a gamer like most of you, I do not really care, I do minor gaming on older games and some home-theatreish stuff, but, thats about it. I do not have tons of money to blow on graphics cards, nor do I wish to.
