GPU Advice/Suggestions

$60.00 us dollars for that card isn't bad. Keep in mind the agp slot is fading fast and to find cards that are made for it is getting harder and harder.

That Sapphire Radeon HD 3850 Graphics Card is a nice little hotrod. But @ $179.00 us dollars for an agp card it's a little steep. In comparison the GTX 650 ti is $169.00 for 2gig version. I know it won't fit your system. Just using it as an example.
Both support DX 10.1. Although the 3850 has better specs the 3450 will do the job.

Yeah Wildcat has been teling me that there aren't many AGP cards around being made anymore these days because PCI is the main slot for GPU's nowadays. I won't need like a high end GPU that will overkill, Just something for light-medium gaming not newer games..

This is nice and you could always use a DVI splitter >
