I have had no problems with my ati x800 so far. Get it and love it, it destroys the 6600GT anyway.

I think the x700 is the 6600GT's competitor. It's a good card for everything at a good price. I'm using an MSI 6600GT right this very moment, but that will be changed out as soon as i get the other video card.

Yeah, 6600gt is a good card for $150ish. I would go for the 6800gs and be satisfied with that because of better performance, but, with the value of the 6600gt, nothing beats it.

i found a pny 6600gt for 139.00 on sale. chk this out. is this good?

but do u think i can find a card the would be on the $100's the still supports dual monitors and not for gaming?

yeah the 6800GS is awesome, I'm getting one soon.
But since the computer that DirtBikeRidr is building is not for gaming I don't think that it's smart to put that much money on a vid card.
