Default A good SSD to buy

My mobo supports sata 3, but the SSD's in my price range (about 100) seem to vary in performance within different areas. So what one of these would be better to get?? Unless of course anyone could recommend me to any other SSD's?

Neither, I would take an OCZ Vertex 2 or Agility 2. They are pretty much the best bang for buck SSD's you can get
