Use Avast Anti-virus and Spyot Search and Destroy. Both free and work flawlessly.

Alright, thanks guys. I think I'm going to go with one or two of the free virus programs like avast, and then a good spyware program or two. I don't need a firewall program since my router has a firewall and thats basically all I need.

Sorry for the double post.

Here's what I came up with
Avast antivirus
CCleaner
Adaware
Spybot S&D

What do you think of that? Changes/additions?

Thanks for all the replies.

Hi, this is Kevin and I’m following up on some previous posts about my company’s product, Zone Alarm. Thank you everyone who recommended Zone Alarm; I’m happy to hear you are satisfied with our products. If anyone is interested, I’d like to offer a $20 discount on the Zone Alarm Internet Security Suite which you can get at http://sweeps.zonealarm.com. Just click on the box in the upper right corner. Thanks for considering Zone Alarm and please let me know if you have any questions. ~Kevin

NOD32 is my favourite , its constantly searching computer and Internet web pages for viruses and uses no cpu power at all, even when doing a full system scan you can minimize it and not no its open
