kingston value ram is very good.
But, i dont' understand what you want quality ram for.
YOu mean, quality as in it won't break down, and is reliable???
Or quality as in, highly oc'able.

and how do u kn ow which ram is the best what if they were both both pc3200 ddr 400 like a crucial geil and corsair how could u tell which one is the best??

dont even ask stupid questions liek that......but ok, first look at there latency u want the series of numbers as low as they can be, like cruccial ballistix is 2-2-2-5 and thats a "cas 2 lantecy" but value rams will be more like cas latency 3, which is slower. Also look at bandwith, but since u are talikng about two sticks of pc3200, they both are at 3.2gb/s

pcgodintraining, you are on a budget. Here, buy two of these RAM sticks for 1GB. Geil Value Ram is THE BEST value RAM on the market currently. It has the EXACT SAME TIMINGS AND HEATSINK as Corsair XMS, yet runs 10 degrees cooler since it is Micron based. Here is a link for ya.
