Walmart seems to disagree and calls it a gaming pc. I think they just want to fool people a gt 520 is in no way a gaming card. I don't know what makes a processor good for gaming other than it's speed etc but I do remember people telling me that AMD was the better choice for gaming.

AMD is a good bang for the buck chip.

I wouldn't necessarily say AMD is better for gaming, however as OhSnapWord says it's good bang for the buck. I usually get Intel chips but 9 times out of 10 they're more expensive
