Default is this a good monitor for gaming and movie watching?

well i posted this link in my build list but no one said nayhting bout the monitor so id ike some input on it this is it http://www.xpcgear.com/ls19mewsfy.html ill be use a 8800gts 640mb vid card i also have in my room a old gateway 20 inch crt monitor its like 7 years old is it worth hooking up along with another monitor like the one im inquireing about ?

Its looks good, but I'm sure you could find a bigger one for the same price.

looks pretty nice.
And it's definitely worth it to use the old crt as a second monitor.

With the 8800 the bigger monitor u can get the better, higher res etc.

Yeah i agree, you could prob get a 21 inch one.

I dont have much room in my room im pushing it with a widescreen 19 inch and a 20 inch crt so id pfefer not to have a bigger screen

I could but i dont need a bigger screen plus i have no choice really my grandparents are getting it for as a early bday presant to complete my build

That is a really good monitor for its size the 2ms response time is Amazing for gaming, the contrast ration is double mine for the same sized monitor. That looks like a good mon.

P.S. Make sure to use a DVI cable
