Is this a good monitor?

Hi, Im looking in to buying a new monitor for normal PC usage and my Xbox 360, i was at future shop, and they had a Proview 19" Widescreen LCD Monitor (FV-926FW) for 399.95 Canadian and im wondering if thats a good monitor (never heard of the brand, thats why i ask). It looks great and its widescreen, plus as a bonus it has 2 VGA inputs and a DVI input so i dont need any splitter stuff. So yeah, any opinions on this?

thats the one, i did think of other brand ones, but i didnt want to go too expensive. I only really need a new monitor, its just a great bonus for me that i found a widescreen one so i can use my 360 with it in all its HD glory!
