Default Good Graphics Card?

I am not a big gamer I just want clear resolution and want to be able to watch a few movies. It has to be AGP 4x/8x and I want it to be under 80 dollars or so, I would prefer ATi if possible and remember this is for my first build!

I am thinking that Sapphire Radeon 9600?

Any help is much appreciated!!!

That would be fine. I'd also power some games too, new and old, so not a bad choice for someone who doesn't play games much.

Though if you didn't play games at all, you could get an even cheaper card and still get great quality on movies, etc. Like maybe you'll be best getting one with a TV Tuner for example?

Under 80$? Hmm, ok. Here is a card that can rock your world for the price. Enjoy.

It OpenGL 2.0 and DirectX 9.0c compatible, has 256MB of DDR RAM onboard, and needless to say, I believe the XT bios can be flashed over.
