Is this a good enough PSU?

Im planning on using a RX 470 and will probably be upgrading the CPU to an i5 6500 in 3 or 4 years time. My question is will this PSU be good enough to last me the entire time even after I upgrade?

I would use a better PSU. The PSU is not gonna have good efficiency because you are gonna be using around 80% loud when gaming.
I would at least take it one step up and get the cx500.

Im getting an EVGA 600W for just £6 more so that should be fine shouldn't it?

I take it as the EVGA 600B PSU.
Yeah, that's way better. Just note that it doesn't support SLI. And it's not modular.
Still better than the CX430, that's for sure.

I have a second question with regards to the motherboard.

Can you tell me what's the difference between these two? (I won't be overclocking just in case)

As for what i can tell on the specs by looking at Gigabytes website, the S2H has DDR4 instead of DDR3.
It also has more ports on the back like a DVI port and more USB ports. It also has a "easy raid" feature. (as they call it)

The main thing here is DDR4 vs DDR3.

I would move on to DDR4. It's not gonna be a noticeable difference, but it's the newest standard for RAM.
When buying new hardware i prefer having the latest technology.
