A few suggestions from me:
1) Core 2 Duo is the way to go now, especially if you're overclocking. I'd suggest an E4300, as it isn't much more than that Pentium D.

2) Instead of the 7600GS, get a 7600GT. Much better performance, it's not open-box, and it's cheaper. The 512MB vs. 256MB on the GT is irrelevant; the GS only has a 128-bit memory bus and doesn't get the most out of its 512MB of RAM.

3) It's generally not a good idea to get a PSU included with a case. Wait for suggestions from others for quality PSUs... and maybe you'll be fine, I'd just personally avoid getting a case PSU if possible.

Well it looks like you found the better deal thanks soooo much!
Now i just have to get everything in one piece.
