Default Good cpu cooler

Hey, I want to replace my stock fan on my cpu and I was wondering whats a really good one that isnt very expensive(like less then $40)? Oh yeah I have a socket 939

EDIT: Its not necessary but it would be cool if it has blue LEDs

I think you should pay just a little more and get this. I know it's huge, but it does a great job. Look at the massive amount of positive user reviews...

That's a nice one too. The one before that with the 120mm fan may work better because it covers more surface area.

The Zalman CNPS7700-Cu, Thermalright XP-120 or the Scythe SCNJ-1000 Ninja.

All of those rock. They're quiet too (depending what fan you use...)

They cost a bit more but If you know how to hook them up liquid cooling systems are ten times better than fans
