Good Case & PSU Recommendation

So I've had a quick look, I found the CoolerMaster K281 and didn't mind it CoolerMaster K281 Mid Tower Case [RC-K281-KKN1] - $49.00 : PC Case Gear. As for a PSU Thermaltake have a goood 600W and it would work with my motherboard as it requires 24 pins. If anyone has a better case I am open to suggestions.

if that's the case i don't recommend it.
It's not even 80+ validated... that's pretty bad. It says it has a efficiency of 70%

How about this one from Corsair Corsair VS650 ATX Power Supply [CMPSU-VS650] - $82.00 : PC Case Gear 650W. I currently have this one Aereon ASC-460C 460W Power Supply ATX135mm Silent Fan - ASC-460C | Mwave Australia which I cannot find an official website for manufacturer, It has been installed since I got it and I think its time for a new one.
That's better. according to this site it has a standard 80+ validation.
And with the extra 50W it operates at a lower percentage load.
so that's better.
I personally still wound't go lower than a bronze validation.
