Default Is this a good buy

Sorry for the long post. I am currently looking for a laptop that is under a $1000. I cannot decide if this is a good buy or not. Could Someone pleas help me. I am looking for a computer that can play games. Preferably play a game like Age of Empires 3 and Rise of Legends Rise of Nations somewhat well smoothly. This will not be my main game computer, so i don't need a gaming powerhouse. Here is the specs on the one i am currently looking at.

the RAM is faster than it needs to be for that rated FSB, at a 1:1 ratio 533mhz RAM would be fast enough...

but that is still gonna be slower if the Mobo could and did have the same amount of DDR2-800 ram in it.
